Terms of Service
Last updated June 16, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Studioside Inc. (“Studioside,” “we,” “us”) for using Studioside. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Studioside helps studios manage rooms, sessions, clients, gear, invoices, payments, and team members in one place. We are actively improving the product and may add or change features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for your login, for keeping your account information accurate, and for what the people you invite to your studio do. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. Keep your password safe and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
Studioside is sold as a flat monthly subscription per studio: Starter at $149/month and Pro at $299/month. Rooms, sessions, and team seats are unlimited on every plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; any promotional rate is honored for its stated term.
Founding and promotional pricing
If we offer you a discounted or founding rate, it applies for the period we state (for example, 12 months). After that period, the standard rate for your plan applies, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from your settings. Your plan stays active through the end of the current paid month and then stops. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable. You can export your data on the way out.
Your data and content
You own your studio’s data. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process it so we can run the service for you. We do not sell it or use it to train AI models. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions for the data and contacts you add, and for using the messaging features lawfully.
Collecting payments from your clients
Studioside lets you collect payments from your own clients through Stripe Connect. That feature is optional and is governed by Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement in addition to these terms. Studioside is not a party to those payments — payouts, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are between you, your client, and Stripe.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Studioside to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or unlawful messages, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its operation or security. You are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to the emails you send (including anti-spam laws).
Third-party services
Studioside relies on Stripe, Resend, and Google. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.
Availability and changes
Studioside is provided as-is and is still early. We may add, change, or remove features, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will give reasonable notice of major changes where we can.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Studioside is provided without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost data.
Indemnification
You agree to cover claims that arise from your misuse of the service or from the data and content you put into it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or for violating these terms. You can stop using Studioside and cancel at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Studioside Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use Studioside after a change means you accept the updated terms.
